These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Credentialer website at thecredentialer.com (the "Site"), operated by CompVer LLC ("CompVer," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site provides information about The Credentialer and a way to request a demonstration or contact us. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site at any time. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.
Access to and use of The Credentialer application is provided only under a separate written agreement between CompVer and the customer. Submitting a demo request or accepting any End User Agreement on the Site does not grant access to the application or create a license to use it.
The Credentialer, The Credentialer name and logo, and the content of the Site are owned by CompVer LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content except as permitted by these Terms or with our written permission.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Credentialer is software for contracting and credentialing workflow support; it does not make clinical, legal, or licensure determinations, and screening results should be reviewed by qualified staff before action. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CompVer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
